Thomas Iovino is the Chief Executive Officer of OHL North America, a major unit of the OHL Group. In this role, he serves as the CEO of OHL USA and OHL Canada with overall responsibility for the growth and development of OHL Construction’s activities in the United States and Canada.
Mr. Iovino is also the Chairman and CEO of Judlau Contracting, Inc. (a subsidiary of OHL USA) which he founded in 1981. From its early roots as a water main and sewer contractor, Judlau has transformed into a leading heavy civil construction company, successfully building large, complex infrastructure projects.
In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Iovino plays a leadership role in the construction industry. He is a member of the Board of the New York Building Congress as well as a member of the Moles, World Presidents’ Organization, Chief Executives Organization and Construction Industry Roundtable. He is a former Trustee of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), former member of the President’s Council at Cooper Union, and past president of the General Contractors Association of New York. He is the recipient of the 2012 Moles Member Award for outstanding achievement in construction.
Mr. Iovino received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from RPI. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New York State.
